RAYA Group is looking for a passionate and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our marketing growth and brand development across the Hospitality & HORECA sector.

We’re looking for someone who can turn strategy into measurable growth, build strong brands, and create impactful marketing campaigns.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Develop & execute the overall marketing strategy

• Lead digital & performance marketing campaigns

• Build brand awareness and market positioning

• Drive B2B lead generation & business growth

• Manage social media, content & communications

• Develop partnerships with hotels, restaurants & hospitality groups

• Analyze marketing performance, ROI & customer insights

• Support new product launches and market expansion

What we’re looking for:

4+ years of marketing experience

Strong background in B2B / B2C marketing

Experience in Hospitality, HORECA, FMCG or Premium Brands is a plus

Strong understanding of Digital & Performance Marketing

Business-minded, creative & data-driven

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
