Job description

Monthly Lead Generation Target

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating a consistent number of qualified leads every month for the company’s construction, maintenance, renovation, and related services.

Key Monthly Responsibilities

  • Generate a minimum of 50–100 qualified leads per month, depending on the company’s marketing budget and service capacity.

  • Generate leads through Google Ads, social media, WhatsApp, email marketing, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other marketing channels.

  • Target property owners, landlords, property management companies, facility management companies, real estate companies, offices, shops, restaurants, and other commercial clients.

  • Generate leads for services such as:

  • Building maintenance

  • Plumbing and electrical works

  • AC/HVAC maintenance

  • Painting and renovation

  • Civil and construction works

  • Waterproofing

  • Carpentry and flooring

  • General property maintenance

  • Maintain a proper monthly lead database with customer name, contact details, service required, source of lead, quotation status, and follow-up status.

  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure quick follow-up on all leads.

  • Track the number of leads, quotations, site visits, conversions, and sales generated each month.

  • Prepare a monthly marketing performance report for management.

  • Continuously identify new business opportunities and potential corporate clients.

  • Develop strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.ncentive

The Marketing Manager will be eligible for an incentive based on successful lead generation and business conversion.

  • Incentives will be provided for qualified leads that meet the company’s requirements.

  • Additional incentives may be provided for successful conversions, confirmed projects, and revenue generated from marketing leads.

  • The incentive amount or percentage will be determined by management based on the quality of leads, project value, conversion rate, and actual business received.

  • Leads must be properly recorded and verified in the company’s lead database to qualify for incentives.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
