Mechanical Engineer-Interior Fit Out

Job Description

We are an established interior fit-out company in Dubai, specializing in Food & Beverage (F&B) projects, and are urgently looking for an experienced and hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in mechanical designs and site execution, preferably within the interior fit-out industry, with a strong understanding of F&B projects.

Key Responsibilities

Handle mechanical MEP design, coordination, and site execution for interior fit-out projects.

Prepare and review HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, and other mechanical MEP drawings.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct site inspections and ensure all mechanical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE regulations.

Monitor site progress, quality of work, and project schedules.

Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.

Coordinate mechanical services with architectural, electrical, and other interior fit-out works.

Troubleshoot site issues and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.

Ensure proper implementation of MEP works in accordance with project requirements and applicable authority standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience in mechanical MEP design and site execution.

Hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably restaurants, cafés, and other F&B establishments.

Good knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, and mechanical services.

Ability to read, interpret, and prepare MEP drawings and technical documents.

Familiarity with UAE building regulations and relevant authority requirements.

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage site activities independently and work under tight project deadlines.

Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
