Job Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in MEP maintenance and mechanical systems to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, fire alarm, plumbing, and ACMV systems, along with experience supervising maintenance activities and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the optimal operation and maintenance of life safety systems, infrastructure, and equipment.
Conduct and oversee maintenance process audits.
Diagnose equipment and system faults and coordinate corrective actions.
Plan and implement scheduled and preventive maintenance activities.
Establish and maintain maintenance procedures and protocols.
Respond to major equipment breakdowns and technical issues.
Plan system overhauls, upgrades, and long-term maintenance requirements.
Supervise engineering and technical staff.
Procure, test, and commission specialist mechanical components and equipment.
Monitor maintenance budgets and coordinate with management.
Set, monitor, and track maintenance KPIs.
Support the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Requirements

B.E. / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5–6 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably with strong MEP maintenance experience.
Extensive knowledge of:
HVAC Systems
Firefighting Systems
Fire Alarm Systems
Plumbing Systems
ACMV / Smoke Control Systems
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
Qatar Driving License – Mandatory.
UPDA / QCDD certification preferred.
Immediate joiners with NOC preferred.
Qatar-returned candidates preferred.
