Mechanical Engineer – (UAE Experienced) Residential/Commercial Building Projects

We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer to support residential and commercial building projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate has hands-on site experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems within the UAE construction sector.

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in mechanical/MEP works on residential or commercial building projects

• Candidates on Cancelled Visa or Visit Visa preferred

Responsibilities:

• Review and coordinate mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting) drawings and shop drawings for site execution

• Supervise on-site mechanical installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with MEP contractors, consultants, and other trades to avoid clashes and delays

• Monitor quality of mechanical works and conduct inspections/testing

• Prepare material submittals, RFIs, and inspection requests (IRs)

• Track progress of mechanical works against the project schedule

• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations (Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality/DDA, etc.)

• Support commissioning and testing of mechanical systems prior to handover

• Maintain daily/weekly progress reports and documentation

• Ensure HSE compliance during all mechanical works on site

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in mechanical/MEP works on residential or commercial building projects

• Mandatory UAE site experience

• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems

• Familiarity with UAE authority approval processes and codes

• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project/Primavera is a plus

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Candidates on Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa preferred

• Immediate joiners preferred
