Mechanical / HVAC Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical / HVAC Engineer to join our team and oversee mechanical and HVAC systems within a hospital environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration – Mandatory

• 5 years of experience

• Strong experience with hospital HVAC and mechanical systems

Knowledge of:

• OR / ICU / isolation-room ventilation

• Pressure cascades

• HEPA filtration

• Chilled-water plants

• Medical gas systems

• Knowledge of ASHRAE 170, HTM/NFPA 99, CBAHI, and JCI standards

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising the operation and maintenance of:

• Chillers

• AHUs

• Pumps

• Plumbing systems

• Steam / boilers

• Medical gas plants

• Managing PPM programs

• Controlling temperature, humidity, and pressure regimes

• Supporting infection-control requirements for HVAC systems
