Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Mechanical and HVAC systems within Facilities Management (FM) environments.

Knowledge of HVAC operations, maintenance strategies, and energy management systems.

Strong understanding of local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

GCC experience is preferred.

Professional certifications related to HVAC, Facilities Management, or Mechanical Engineering are an advantage.
