Job Summary

Admiral Safety Consultants is looking for a motivated Mechanical Inspection Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in inspection, testing, and certification.

The successful candidate will conduct third-party inspections of mechanical equipment, identify defects and non-conformities, and prepare accurate technical inspection reports and certificates in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct third-party inspections and testing of mechanical equipment at client sites.

• Inspect lifting equipment, lifting accessories, industrial machinery, pressure equipment, and other mechanical systems.

• Perform visual, functional, and technical inspections in accordance with approved procedures.

• Review equipment documentation, previous inspection reports, certificates, drawings, and technical specifications.

• Identify defects, unsafe conditions, and non-conformities during inspections.

• Ensure inspections comply with applicable UAE regulations, international standards, and safety requirements.

• Prepare accurate inspection reports, test reports, and certification documentation.

• Communicate inspection findings and technical recommendations to clients.

• Coordinate with clients, site engineers, and HSE personnel.

• Maintain proper records of inspections and findings.

• Perform inspections safely and within the required timelines.

• Travel to client sites across the UAE as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in mechanical inspection, testing, or certification.

• Previous UAE experience in third-party inspection is highly preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical equipment, lifting equipment, machinery, and pressure equipment.

• Good understanding of applicable UAE regulations, international standards, and safety requirements.

• Experience in preparing technical inspection reports and certification documents.

• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection assignments.

• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
