Job description
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical QA/QC Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control and assurance within construction projects to join our project team in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
ITP and MST Preparation: Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and Method Statements (MST) in accordance with project specifications.
Installation Compliance: Ensure installation details for mechanical systems comply with relevant international standards.
Document Reviews: Review approved shop drawings, material submittals (MARs), project specifications, and applicable codes.
NCR and SOR Management: Prepare and handle the closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs).
Quality Records and Monitoring: Maintain proper QA/QC records, inspection logs, test reports, and actively monitor site quality issues.
FAT Support: Review and check ITP and MST documents for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of QA/QC engineering experience in mechanical construction works.
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong knowledge of international codes, standards, and mechanical system installations.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Valid Driving License.
