Mechanical Site Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

· Supervising all construction activities at a job site. This involves ensuring that the work is being done according to the plans and specifications, and that safety protocols are being followed.

· Managing the resources required for the construction project. This includes managing the labor force, equipment, and materials.

· Ensuring that the construction work meets the required quality standards. This involves conducting regular inspections, performing tests, and reviewing construction plans and specifications.

· Managing the construction schedule to ensure that the project is completed on time.

· Coordinate with other stakeholders, such as architects, project managers, and contractors, to ensure that the project is progressing as planned.

· Maintaining records of all construction activities, including daily reports, inspection reports, and quality control records.

· Resolving any issues that may arise during the construction project. This involves identifying the issue, developing a plan to address it, and implementing the plan.

· Ensuring that safety protocols are being followed at the job site. This involves identifying potential hazards, implementing safety measures, and conducting safety audits.

· Knowledge about the municipality or local regulations, requirements, and permits necessary for construction projects in the area
