MEP / Electrical Engineer (Junior – Mid Level

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled MEP / Electrical Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing MEP works for villas and buildings, from execution through final handover, including DEWA and SEWA approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works, ensuring alignment with approved drawings and specifications

• Manage electrical installation works for villas and buildings from start to finish

• Handle DEWA/SEWA submission, inspection, and handover processes

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery

• Review and follow up on shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications

• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations

• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports

• Identify and resolve technical issues or discrepancies on site

• Coordinate with consultants and authorities for inspections and approvals

• Prepare snag lists and follow up on rectification before handover

• Ensure proper documentation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals

• Support cost estimation and material quantity takeoffs when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in MEP site management for villas/buildings

• Proven experience with DEWA/SEWA handover procedures

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and project management tools

• Valid UAE driving license preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently on-site and manage multiple tasks

Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month

Location: Dubai, UAE

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
