Quantity Surveyor (QS) - MEP
Location: UAE
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural and finishing construction, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed MEP estimates and cost reports for high-rise buildings.

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to establish budgets and forecasts.

Conduct valuations of work in progress and oversee subcontractor payments.

Monitor project costs and assist in financial forecasting.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP and finishing construction within the UAE.

Proven expertise in high-rise structural projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
