MEP Site Engineer

• Site Supervision: Monitor daily installation work by mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors to ensure quality and contract compliance.

• Drawing Coordination: Check shop drawings and coordination plans against actual site conditions to prevent physical clashes between ducts, pipes, and cable trays.

• Technical Support: Solve on-site engineering problems and provide clear instructions to foremen and workers when design changes are needed.

• Progress Monitoring: Track daily and weekly work progress against the master construction schedule to prevent project delays.

• Material Inspection: Inspect delivered MEP equipment and materials on-site to verify they match approved submittals and specifications.

• Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety rules and make sure workers use proper safety gear during installations.

• Testing and Commissioning: Help run tests on systems like HVAC, fire alarms, and water supply to prove they work safely before handing over the building.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
