Mid-Level Software Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join an AI-native engineering team building technology for construction capital program owners.

The role focuses on Python backend development, API integrations, production data pipelines, and AWS

.

🛠️ Key Requirements

• 2–5 years of backend/software engineering experience

• Strong Python backend development

• Production experience with API integrations and data pipelines

• Experience handling authentication, pagination, rate limits, retries, async processing & errors

• Experience with Prefect, Dagster, Airflow, or AWS Step Functions

• Strong AWS knowledge preferred

• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth and Webhooks

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

• Early-stage B2B SaaS / AI/ML experience is a plus

  Hybrid – 3 days/week in Midtown

  $140K–$160K + Equity
