Job Description Summary

Execute global strategic investments in retail, logistics, healthcare, and other sectors in alignment with group business and investment strategies. Conduct industry research, screen targets, execute transactions, and manage post-investment activities. Perform valuation modeling, transaction structuring, due diligence, and investment reporting to manage the full investment lifecycle. Drive business synergy, portfolio value growth, and effective implementation of strategic objectives.

Job Description

1. Industry Research Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on subdivided tracks, screen high-quality targets combined with group strategic direction, establish dynamic industry database to provide data support for investment decision-making.

2. Investment Full Process Execution: Lead core links such as project valuation modeling, transaction structure design and due diligence, compile professional investment analysis reports to promote efficient project implementation.

3. Post-Investment Value Management: Monitor financial performance and strategic synergy effects of invested enterprises, formulate post-investment improvement plans and exit strategies to ensure investment return maximization.

4. Cross-Department Strategic Collaboration: Interface with business department needs, integrate industry chain resources, promote post-investment business integration to achieve two-way enablement between strategic investment and group development.

5. Fundraising experience would be a strong plus.
