The Role

We are seeking a Mobile Software Engineer to support the design, development, testing, maintenance, and improvement of mobile applications. The role is suited to professionals with experience in Android, iOS, cross-platform development, mobile APIs, or general software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for business and digital products.

• Build reliable and scalable mobile features based on product and technical requirements.

• Work with product, design, backend, QA, and other engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.

• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-structured application code.

• Integrate mobile applications with APIs, databases, authentication systems, and backend services.

• Troubleshoot application issues, bugs, performance problems, and technical defects.

• Conduct testing, debugging, code reviews, and quality checks before releases.

• Improve application performance, stability, usability, security, and overall reliability.

• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to software architecture and development decisions.

• Maintain technical documentation, development notes, and application specifications.

• Support application releases, updates, version management, and production issue resolution.

• Monitor application performance and investigate recurring technical issues.

• Follow software development standards, coding practices, testing procedures, and security requirements.

• Evaluate new mobile technologies, frameworks, libraries, and development practices where relevant.

• Contribute to improvements in development workflows, tools, testing processes, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mobile software development, application development, or software engineering preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.

• Strong programming and software development fundamentals.

• Experience with Android, iOS, or cross-platform mobile development.

• Familiarity with technologies such as Kotlin, Java, Swift, Objective-C, Flutter, React Native, or similar frameworks.

• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, databases, and third-party integrations.

• Familiarity with Git, version control, testing frameworks, debugging tools, and CI/CD workflows.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to code quality and detail.

• Ability to work effectively with developers, designers, product teams, and other stakeholders.

• Experience with cloud services, mobile security, automated testing, or application performance optimization is an advantage.
