The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Montessori Primary Guide to join our 3–6 environment.

The Guide will be responsible for delivering high-quality Montessori presentations, observing and supporting each child’s individual needs and development, maintaining accurate records, and communicating regularly with families.

The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and engaging environment in which every child feels respected and included. They should be committed to continually developing their practice and be receptive to collaboration, coaching, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain an orderly, engaging Montessori environment

• Deliver high-quality individual and small-group Montessori presentations

• Observe children and plan lessons based on their developmental needs

• Maintain accurate records of lessons, observations, and progress

• Support children’s independence, concentration, confidence, and social development

• Communicate professionally with families and colleagues

• Participate in staff meetings, parent conferences, and center events

• Collaborate with the classroom team to provide a consistent and supportive learning experience

Requirements

• Montessori Primary certification for the 3–6 age group

• AMI or AMS certification is strongly preferred

• Minimum of two years of relevant Montessori classroom experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred

• Excellent spoken and written English, with native or near-native proficiency

• Strong classroom management, interpersonal, and communication skills

• A kind, patient, and respectful approach to working with children and adults

• Passion for Montessori education and children’s holistic development

• Must currently reside in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE

• Must be available to start immediately or within a short notice period
