Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated MSP IT Technicianto join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about helping clients succeed through technology.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site technical support to multiple SMB clients
Troubleshoot desktop, server, and network issues (Windows, macOS, O365, Active Directory, etc.)
Perform routine maintenance, patching, backups, and monitoring
Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users and device deployments
Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls (e.g., Watchguard, Ubiquiti, Cisco Meraki)
Maintain documentation in PSA/RMM tools
Respond to tickets in a timely and professional manner using ticketing systems
Participate in project implementations: cloud migrations, network upgrades, security audits
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or engineers as appropriate

Qualifications

1+ years of hands-on experience in the field
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
Familiarity with RMM/PSA tools and remote desktop technologies
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Customer-first attitude with a sense of urgency and ownership
Valid driver’s license

Preferred Certifications (not required)

CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
Microsoft 365 or Azure Fundamentals

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
