Job description
Eaton is currently seeking an MVCA Associate Product Manager to join its team in Arden, NC. Relocation assistance is available for candidates who reside outside a 50-mile radius of this location. This exciting opportunity includes ownership and support of the MVCA product line strategy, including customer engagement, product roadmap development, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role provides exposure to product management, technical marketing, and cross-functional leadership while supporting growth across North America.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97,000 - $143,000 a year.

What you’ll do:
The Associate Product Manager for MVCA will be responsible for supporting the MVCA product line strategic 1 – 5 year outlook. This includes supporting the Product Manager and Product Line Manager with collection of “voice-of-customer” to drive our product roadmap. It includes the support of key new product development releases and also includes developing and improving business process and system tools needed to support MVCA growth across North America.
What you’ll do:

Develop and maintain customer-facing marketing collateral, including website feedback, product specifications, brochures, and videos.

Lead best practices for critical customer documentation, such as Instruction Booklets and parts catalogues.

Utilizes understanding of product technically to generate customer and technical presentations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quote and order fulfillment processes.

Monitor and analyze product performance and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Support Voice-of-Customer (VOC) initiatives, including developing and gathering feedback from prospective customers in key market segments.

Support new product development, strategic direction planning for the product line, and implementation of new product and services launch plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain to develop new products or modify existing products to meet customer requirements and market needs.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in operations engineering, sales engineering, or technical marketing within the electrical industry

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (industrial, mechanical, electrical), technical marketing, or related field.

Experience with product development processes.

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as IEEE, IEC, and UL.

Project management experience.

Knowledge of medium voltage control assemblies (Ampgard MV Control and/or SC9000 MV Drives).
