We are looking for a skilled, analytical, and innovative

Natural Language Processing Engineer

to develop intelligent systems that can understand, process, analyze, and generate human language. 🚀 In this role, you will design, develop, test, and optimize NLP models and solutions for real-world applications involving text, speech, and conversational data.

You will work on tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, information extraction, text generation, language understanding, summarization, and conversational AI. 💬 You will collaborate with machine learning engineers, data scientists, software developers, and product teams to transform complex language requirements into scalable and reliable solutions.

Your responsibilities will include collecting and preparing language datasets, developing and evaluating NLP models, experimenting with machine learning techniques, and improving model accuracy and efficiency. 📊 You will also support model deployment, troubleshoot performance issues, and contribute to continuous improvements in NLP pipelines and applications.

🎯 Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 🤖 Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.

• 🐍 Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with NLP libraries and frameworks.

• 🧠 Understanding of techniques such as tokenization, embeddings, text classification, sequence modeling, and language representation.

• 🔤 Familiarity with modern transformer-based architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), or frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• 📊 Knowledge of NLP model training, evaluation, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and performance optimization.

• 💬 Understanding of applications such as chatbots, sentiment analysis, information extraction, summarization, and text generation.

• 🔢 Strong foundation in statistics, probability, linear algebra, and algorithmic problem-solving.

• ⚙️ Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, model deployment, MLOps, or production AI systems is an advantage.

• 🔎 Excellent analytical, debugging, and experimentation skills with strong attention to model quality.
