You will work across SmartIQ, Vue.js, Microsoft .NET, enterprise integrations, data modelling and modern cloud platforms, contributing to both operational sustainment and strategic enhancements.

This is a specialist SmartIQ position, not a general .NET vacancy. Advanced SmartIQ customisation and integration experience, a current active NV1 security clearance and availability to work onsite in Canberra five days per week are mandatory.

Essential experience

  • Approximately 5+ yearsโ€™ senior-level experience across SmartIQ and .NET development.

  • Current Negative Vetting 1 or higher security clearance

  • Proven delivery within Agile, Kanban or Scrum teams.

  • Ability to manage and progress multiple high-priority development activities simultaneously.

  • Strong experience tracking and troubleshooting errors across application development and configuration.

  • Senior programming/software-development and systems-design capability consistent with SFIA Level 5.

  • Strong problem-solving, adaptability and delivery focus within rapidly changing environments.

Highly desirable but not essential

  • Extensive SmartIQ forms configuration experience.

  • Ability to build or modify custom objects, flows, permission sets, sharing arrangements and related SmartIQ settings.

  • Experience working within an APS, Federal Government or similarly sensitive government environment.

  • Experience providing technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting.

  • Experience leading, mentoring or guiding ICT technical teams.

  • SmartIQ, Microsoft or relevant cloud-platform certifications.

Applicants whose earlier experience is described as Intelledox or Infiniti should clearly identify the relevant product versions and how that experience relates to their current SmartIQ capability.

What you will be doing

  • Developing, enhancing, maintaining and sustaining full-stack SmartIQ, Vue.js and .NET applications.

  • Designing and delivering enterprise integrations and business-aligned data models.

  • Supporting both business-as-usual application sustainment and strategic enhancements.

  • Managing multiple competing development priorities within an Agile delivery environment.

  • Investigating and resolving application-development and configuration issues.

  • Contributing to the stability, continuity and ongoing improvement of critical digital services.

  • Participating in shared after-hours on-call support, including weekends and public holidays, as rostered.
