Nurse for Homecare (CNA)

We are seeking a highly experienced Caregiver- New Born Baby

Key Requirements:

• More than 2+ years of hands-on experience in newborn baby care

• Ability to provide comprehensive care while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and patient well-being

• Nursing education is mandatory (Caregiver certification or CNA alone will not be considered)

• Home country nursing license is accepted

• Fluency in English and Tagalog is an added advantage

• Candiate should be willing to do both Morning and night shifts

• Must be ready to join immediately

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for newborns, including feeding, burping, bathing, diaper changing, and sleep routines

• Monitor the baby’s health, behaviour, and developmental milestones, and report any concerns promptly

• Maintain strict hygiene and infection control standards at all times

• Support and guide parents on newborn care, feeding techniques, and routine management

• Prepare and sterilise feeding equipment and ensure a safe, clean environment for the baby

• Establish healthy sleep patterns

• Handle emergency situations calmly and take appropriate action when required

• Maintain accurate records of the baby’s feeding, sleep, and health status

• Coordinate with doctors or healthcare professionals when necessary

Education:

• Nursing Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Newborn baby care: 2years (Required)

Language:

• Tagalog (Required)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
