Male Registered Nurse – Homecare | DHA

We are looking for a Male Registered Nurse to join our homecare team and provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in a homecare setting.

• Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs and clinical progress.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

• Perform wound care, injections, IV therapy, catheter care, and other nursing procedures as required.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide appropriate personal care.

• Monitor and manage patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and care documentation.

• Educate patients and family members regarding medications, treatment plans, and homecare needs.

• Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Identify changes in the patient’s condition and escalate concerns promptly.

• Follow infection-control procedures, patient-safety standards, and DHA regulations.

• Provide respectful, compassionate, and patient-centered care at all times.

Requirements

• BSc Nursing / Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.

• Valid DHA Registered Nurse license or eligibility.

• Previous homecare nursing experience is preferred.

• Ability to work independently in patients’ homes.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts and undertake home visits.
