About the Role

As an Aged Care Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you will provide timely virtual clinical care to residents in Aged Care Facilities. You will be supported by our call centre staff, experienced administration and operations teams, as well as the RNs on-duty in the facilities. Clinical coordination & guidance is provided, and you will be utilising an established clinical software system to ensure your consults run smoothly.

About you

We are looking for Nurse Practitioners with:

Current AHPRA registration
PBS Prescribing scope
Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work autonomously
Experience with Aged-Care or Urgent Care medicine is welcomed, but not required
