Nurse Trainee/Technician/Nursing Assistant

Job Purpose:

To assist the nursing team in providing safe, compassionate patient care under appropriate supervision and within the duties authorized for the assigned role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, positioning, and comfort.

• Support nurses in preparing patient rooms, equipment, and supplies.

• Observe and promptly report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.

• Follow hand hygiene, infection prevention, patient safety, and confidentiality requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned patient care areas.

• Attend mandatory orientation, training, and competency assessments.

• Report incidents, hazards, and unsafe practices promptly.

• Maintain punctuality and comply with facility policies and attendance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Relevant nursing education or healthcare assistant training, as applicable.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic knowledge of patient safety and infection prevention.

Scope of Practice:

The employee must perform only authorized duties within their competence and under the required supervision. Independent nursing practice and restricted clinical procedures are not permitted without the applicable Qatar DHP/MOPH authorization

Pay: QAR2,400.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
