Onsemble Full-Stack Engineer- Fully Remote

The organization is a major privately-held wholesale distributor specializing in plumbing, heating, cooling, and industrial supplies. Operating in a decentralized manner, it manages numerous local business units called Profit Centers that function with autonomy to serve unique local markets. One trade name within this structure focuses on digital innovation, applying modern AI-native software solutions to improve workflows for small and mid-sized contractors and wholesale distribution in the trades sector.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Full-Stack Engineer role involves developing and delivering features across a contractor-facing platform. This position requires ownership of product development from discovery through launch and iteration, contributing to both frontend and backend architecture. The engineer will use AI-enabled development tools to accelerate and improve software quality, directly impacting customers by enhancing productivity and scalability within the supply chain for small and mid-sized contractors.

3. Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of product features from discovery to iteration.

• Collaborate with Product leadership to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

• Develop and maintain scalable, reliable production software.

• Employ AI-assisted development tools to design, build, review, and ship software.

• Apply strong human judgment in architecture, correctness, and maintainability.

• Build AI-enabled features responsibly to deliver real customer value.

• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions across systems.

• Maintain high standards for code quality, reliability, and maintainability.

• Improve development workflows, tooling, and processes.

• Identify risks early and communicate clearly.

• Complete required safety and compliance training.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 4 years professional software engineering experience.

• Strong experience with AI-assisted software development.

• Proficiency in React and Node.js ecosystems.

• Solid understanding of backend APIs, data models, and system integrations.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Pay range for this role is between $150,000 and $160,000 per year.
