Leads OT/ICS security strategy and architecture, sets organizational standards, and directs advanced assessment and incident response for industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Define OT/ICS security strategy and architecture standards
Lead advanced OT/ICS security assessments
Direct OT-specific incident response and recovery planning
Advise leadership on OT/IT convergence risk
Mentor Mid/Junior OT engineers

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Master's a plus)
Experience: 7+ years in OT/ICS security engineering
Certifications: GICSP (required), CISSP (preferred)

No offer of employment, start date, or compensation commitment will be extended prior to Contract award and Work Order issuance.
