Outdoor Sales Executive

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients for manpower supply services
Generate leads through calls, visits, and market research
Prepare and share manpower quotations as per client requirements
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
Coordinate with operations team for worker mobilization
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of clients, contracts, and follow-ups

Requirements

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Minimum 1–2 years experience in manpower supply or related field
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of UAE market and industries
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
