About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and professional female candidate based in the UAE to join our team as a Remote Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will connect with companies across the UAE, share information about our products, answer their questions, and help them understand how our solutions can support their business needs. This is a client-focused, relationship-building role; perfect for someone who enjoys helping businesses and communicating clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to selected companies in the UAE to educate them about the product

• Respond to inquiries, explain product details, and provide clear, helpful information

• Build positive professional relationships with potential and existing clients

• Follow up with interested parties to provide additional information and support

• Maintain accurate, simple records of communications and follow-ups

• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, up to 3 hours per day — flexible timing within UAE business hours

Compensation

• Salary: AED 1,000 / month

• Commission: Commission based on successful conversions and value

Requirements

• Female candidate currently residing in the UAE

• Excellent verbal English communication skills — clear, polite, and professional

• Confident speaking with people over the phone

• Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or admin support is preferred

• Reliable, responsible, and consistent with agreed work hours

• Stable internet connection and quiet workspace for clear calls

• Own smartphone or laptop for communications and basic record-keeping

Important Notes

• Candidates must be currently living in the UAE with valid residency

• This is a part-time position — up to 3 hours per day, Monday–Friday
