We’re hiring: Specialist Account Manager – Allergy & Travel | QLD/WA

Biocelect

, an Australian founded pharmaceutical company, is seeking a commercially minded and customer-focused Account Manager, based in Brisbane, to support growth across our Allergy and Travel portfolios in Queensland and Western Australia.

This field-based role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys account management, specialist engagement and working across a diverse healthcare customer group. The role has a strong Allergy focus, with responsibility for engaging relevant specialists and healthcare professionals, while also managing priority Travel Medicine accounts across the territory.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on sales targets, building strong customer relationships, executing territory plans, identifying growth opportunities and delivering approved product and portfolio messaging in line with Biocelect’s commercial priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the QLD/WA territory to achieve sales targets, market share and account growth objectives.

  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned to national commercial priorities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with Allergists, Immunologists, Respiratory Physicians, ENT Specialists, Paediatricians and other relevant healthcare professionals.

  • Identify allergy clinics that stock AIT and support direct account set-up where appropriate.

  • Manage priority Travel Medicine accounts across Queensland and Western Australia.

  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support portfolio planning, customer segmentation and commercial execution.

We are looking for someone with experience in sales, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales or pharmaceutical account management, with the ability to work independently across a geographically dispersed territory. You will be confident building relationships with specialist healthcare professionals, managing key accounts and translating insights into practical territory action.

Experience in Allergy, Immunology, Respiratory, Vaccines or Travel Medicine would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

This is a full-time role; however, Biocelect may consider a 0.8 FTE arrangement for the right candidate, subject to business needs and territory coverage requirements.

If you are a motivated healthcare sales professional who enjoys building meaningful customer relationships and delivering strong territory outcomes, we would welcome your application.
