PMO Manager Electromechanical Project

Job Description – PMO Engineer (Electromechanical Projects)Responsibilities:

• Monitor the progress of electromechanical projects and ensure alignment with project plans.

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and performance dashboards.

• Track project budgets, costs, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely project delivery.

• Support project planning, documentation, and change management processes.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and quality standards.

• Prepare management reports and project status updates.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.

• Minimum

  5 years

  of experience in PMO or project coordination within electromechanical projects.

• Proficiency in

  Primavera P6

  ,

  Microsoft Project

  , and

  Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  .

• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

• PMP certification is preferred.
