Pre-school Teacher

We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic Preschool Teacher (Saudi National) passionate about early childhood education and bringing creativity, patience, and joy to the classroom. At Cultivay, we create a nurturing and engaging environment where children are empowered to explore, learn, and grow into confident, independent individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate engaging, Inquiry-based learning experiences for children aged 2–6

• Support children's learning, creativity, and independence through hands-on activities, storytelling, movement, and exploration

• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

• Observe and support each child’s developmental needs and interests

• Collaborate with the team to provide meaningful learning experiences

Qualifications:

• Saudi national ONLY

• Fluent in both Arabic and English

• Experience working with young children, preferably in preschool or early years settings

• Passionate about child development and play-based learning

• Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative
