Role Description

The Primary Class Teacher is responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and ethos. Day-to-day tasks include creating a supportive classroom environment, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and monitoring student progress. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child’s holistic development and participate in school events and professional development activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Teaching, Elementary Education, and Education, with experience in primary-level classrooms.

• Skills in Curriculum Development to design, adapt, and implement effective learning plans.

• Excellent Communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff.

• Recognized teaching qualification or bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

• Experience working in multicultural or international school settings is an advantage.

• Ability to create inclusive, child-centered learning experiences and manage classroom behavior positively.

• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective teaching practice.
