Job description
We’re looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer / Technical Lead to help architect and build low-level platform software for safety- and mission-critical systems.
This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on embedded firmware, platform security, boot architecture, and hardware/software integration. You’ll work closely with hardware, systems, and software engineering teams while helping set technical direction for the platform.
What You'll Work On:

Architecture and development of embedded firmware and low-level platform software.

Secure boot, bootloaders, hardware root of trust, key provisioning, and trusted execution.

Board bring-up, processor initialization, BSPs, drivers, and hardware validation.

Debugging complex hardware/software interactions.

Platform security architecture, threat modeling, and security reviews.

Integration of firmware with operating systems and higher-level software.

Technical leadership and mentorship across embedded, security, and hardware teams.
What We're Looking For:

Extensive embedded systems and firmware development experience.

Strong C/C++ and low-level programming skills.

Experience with secure boot, bootloaders, and embedded/platform security.

Hands-on board bring-up and processor initialization experience.

Strong understanding of SoCs, processor architectures, memory interfaces, and hardware abstraction.

Experience with hardware debugging tools such as JTAG, logic analyzers, or oscilloscopes.

Experience providing technical or architectural leadership.
Nice to Have:

ARM TrustZone, TPM, TEE, or similar secuirty tecnologies.

Linux kernel, RTOS, U-boot, or custom bootloader experience.

Security certification or platform-hardening experience.
-
Background with safety-critical or mission-critical embedded systems.
