Responsibilities
The Principal Product Manager, Data & Analytics is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for HarmonyCares' enterprise data platform and analytics capabilities. This role owns the data foundation that powers analytics, operational decision-making, AI-driven capabilities and enterprise reporting across the organization. This role is accountable for the strategy, evolution, and adoption of trusted, accessible, governed, and scalable data capabilities. This position partners closely with Tech, Actuarial, Clinical, and Operations teams to create a modern data ecosystem that improves decision-making, supports better patient outcomes, and enables enterprise growth.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities **

Develop a deep understanding of HarmonyCares business, clinical and operating model as a basis for ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for HarmonyCares' enterprise data platform and analytics stack

Define platform capabilities required to support scalable, governed, trusted, and accessible data across the organization

Work closely with stakeholders to establish processes and capabilities that improve confidence in operational, clinical, financial, and actuarial data

Improve discoverability, usability, and adoption of enterprise data products and self-service analytics capabilities

Build foundational capabilities that support analytics, enterprise reporting, machine learning, and AI-powered solutions

In partnership with clinical and operational leadership, continue to evolve the HarmonyCares Enterprise Performance Management Framework for delivery of actionable insights

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience

7+ years of product management experience (with at least 3 years in a healthcare technology or services setting) with a strong focus on data products and analytics.

3+ years of healthcare data experience, including familiarity with integration, data quality, compliance, claims data, HL7 data, file ingestion, ETL, and import/export paradigms

Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, data products, APIs, integration-heavy systems, and data accessibility patterns

Ability to understand and reason about distributed systems, data pipelines, system architecture, and data platform operating models

Comfort debugging issues, analyzing system behavior, and working directly with engineers and data teams on technical problems

Strong understanding of claims data, HL7 data, healthcare data quality, governance, privacy, security, and compliance considerations

Knowledge of platform reliability, scalability, observability, performance, and operational excellence practices

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, modern data architecture, and self-service analytics capabilities preferred
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
-
Prior experience supporting or enabling AI/ML-driven products through strong data foundations
-
Prior experience designing and delivering analytics, operational insights, forecasting, capacity management, panel management, quality programs, clinical insights, and AI initiatives
