As a Principal Product Manager, Platform, you will shape secure, scalable, enterprise-grade capabilities that power next-generation developer and AI experiences.
You will define foundational platforms, APIs, and services that enable developers, partners, integrators, and enterprise customers to build and extend powerful solutions.
The role combines deep technical expertise with product strategy, data-driven prioritization, and large-scale execution.
You will collaborate with engineering, applied science, research, design, and business teams to bring AI-powered platform experiences to market.
Your work will directly influence platform adoption, ecosystem growth, developer productivity, and enterprise capabilities at scale.
You will use telemetry, customer signals, business insights, and usage data to guide investment decisions and product direction.
This is a high-impact individual contributor opportunity for an experienced product leader who can balance long-term vision with rapid delivery.
Accountabilities:

Define and build secure, scalable platforms, APIs, and enterprise capabilities that support next-generation developer and AI experiences.

Create foundational capabilities that enable partners, integrators, and developers to build upon and extend the platform ecosystem.

Drive platform adoption, ecosystem growth, and large-scale product initiatives with measurable customer and business impact.

Leverage telemetry, customer signals, business insights, and usage data to prioritize investments and make strategic product decisions.

Collaborate closely with engineering, applied science, design, research, and business stakeholders to define and execute product strategy.

Partner with engineering, applied science, and research teams to bring AI-powered platform experiences from concept to market.

Build strong engineering partnerships and use technical credibility to guide sound product and platform decisions.

Move effectively between strategy and execution, balancing long-term product vision with rapid delivery and changing priorities.
Requirements:
-
10+ years of experience in product, service, project, or program management, software development, product design, or a related field; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated experience building enterprise-grade platform capabilities, including governance, security, and platform guarantees, for AI-powered and/or developer-facing products.

Significant experience working on AI-powered products and bringing machine learning or AI capabilities to customers.

Proven success driving platform adoption, ecosystem growth, and complex product initiatives at large scale.

Deep understanding of developer ecosystems, APIs, SDKs, and partner integration models.

Background in applied AI, machine learning, data science, or closely related technical disciplines is preferred.

Strong experience using data-driven decision-making to shape product strategy and prioritize investments.

Highly technical and analytical mindset, with the ability to understand complex systems and make informed product decisions.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence engineering, research, applied science, design, business, and senior leadership stakeholders.

Ability to balance strategic thinking and long-term vision with pragmatic execution and rapid delivery.

Benefits:

Annual base salary range of $160,200–$425,000, depending on factors including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
