Daesang America is the US branch of Daesang Corporation Daesang America is committed to marketing and distributing food and ingredient products in the US market The companyās major clients are American retailers such as Walmart, Costco, Trader Joe's, Kroger, Safeway, H Mart, and other markets It currently operates two offices, one in New Jersey as its headquarters office and the other in California as our west office
Job Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop products from ideation through commercialization across assigned product categories

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends and define product development direction

Evaluate current and future product portfolio performance, including profitability and feasibility, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership

Analyze basic financial and business data, including revenue, gross margin, cost of goods, sales velocity, and promotional performance, to support data-driven product recommendations

Support the development and execution of short-term New Product Development (NPD) pipelines aligned with long-term brand and business objectives

Contribute to go-to-market strategies and ensure successful execution of product launches

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product launch campaigns and initiatives, and deliver insights and performance reports to relevant stakeholders

Develop, maintain, and manage trade marketing and sales materials, including trade show assets, brand presentations, promotional content, product specifications, sell sheets, catalogs, and brochures.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment across marketing, sales, operations, R&D, procurement, and supply chain functions

Track project timelines, key milestones, and commercialization requirements to ensure products are launched on time and in alignment with business goals.
Qualifications and skills

Bachelorās degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Basic understanding of financial data, including sales, revenue, gross margin, pricing, cost, profitability, and promotional analysis.

Strong background in marketing strategy, planning, and new product development
