Product Growth Manager / Growth Strategy Director

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Product Growth Manager / Growth Strategy Director to accelerate product adoption, expand market reach, and drive sustainable business growth. This role combines product strategy, customer insights, and growth initiatives to identify new opportunities, optimize the customer journey, and translate business objectives into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product growth strategies aligned with business objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs.

• Identify growth opportunities across customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.

• Analyze product performance, user behavior, market trends, and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and technology teams to launch growth initiatives and improve product performance.

• Design and optimize growth experiments, conversion funnels, and customer engagement strategies to maximize impact.

• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), growth metrics, and revenue targets to measure success.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives, prioritize growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in product and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in product growth, growth strategy, digital business, product management, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of growth frameworks, customer lifecycle optimization, product analytics, and go-to-market strategies.

• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable growth plans.

• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
