About the Role
As the Product Manager, Sound Accountable Care Organization (ACO), you will spearhead accountable care organization (ACO) projects; drive the implementation of provider, practice, and facility technologies and workflows; and manage technology vendors via product roadmaps that contribute to the success of Sound ACO and Telemedicine Post-Acute services. You will be the key liaison between stakeholders and the product team, ensuring clear and concise communication across all levels of the organization and externally with our technology partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expertise:

Develop and maintain deep expertise in SLTCM ACO and Telemedicine platforms and their associated workflows.

Acquire a thorough understanding of SLTCM ACO and Telemedicine business processes and their interaction with supported applications.

Provide support to clinical and operational leaders by addressing escalations and inquiries.

Collaborate with clinical, business development, marketing, operations teams, vendors, and clients to gather and translate user needs into platform requirements.
Platform Ownership:

Support the rollout and governance of new technologies added to our ACO and TM technology portfolio.

Oversee the application environments, including third-party integrations.
-
Lead end-user support efforts by troubleshooting, prioritizing, and resolving application issues.

Serve as the bridge between users and technical teams, ensuring timely and effective communication and resolution of reported issues.

Handle application configuration and administration tasks, including development, deployment, and production support.
Provider Enablement & Training:

Ensure the Sound ACO team, new providers, practices, and facilities are fully trained and equipped to use Sound ACO and Telemedicine platforms.

Work closely with Clinical and Operational leadership to define and refine workflows and processes.

Provide ongoing training on technological and workflow updates.
-
Collaborate with the Education team to create and maintain training resources.
Collateral Development:

Create educational materials for clients, providers, and internal teams to support new functionalities within the development cycle.

Assist in the development of marketing collateral related to the product.

Partner with the implementation team to develop and document implementation toolkits.
Project Management:

Project Planning and Scope Definition: Working with vendors, clients and stakeholders to define clear objectives, goals, and deliverables. This involves creating a detailed project plan that outlines tasks, timelines, resources, and potential risks to avoid "scope creep".

Team Leadership and Coordination: Assembling and leading a project team, which involves delegating tasks based on individual strengths, motivating members, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Time Management: Creating a realistic project schedule, setting milestones and deadlines, monitoring progress, and taking corrective action to ensure the project stays on track.

Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identifying potential issues and risks early on, analyzing their impact, and developing mitigation or contingency plans to minimize disruptions. They must be adept at handling unexpected situations and finding effective solutions.

Stakeholder Communication and Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, executives, and team members, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and managing expectations to ensure satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining thorough documentation of all project activities, decisions, and progress, and preparing final reports for stakeholders to evaluate performance and inform future projects.

Project planning and scheduling, risk management, and proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, etc.).
Education and Experience

Bachelorâs degree in healthcare, technology, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

At least 3 years of experience in project and product management, preferably within healthcare technology, population health, or analytics, as well as technical integrations. The ideal candidate has experience with ACOs and vendor management.
Salary Range
- $80,000- $100,000 annually. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, and geographical location
