Role Description

The company is looking to expand its

Product Management team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

and is hiring for the following positions:

• 1 Product Manager – Lighting, Electrical & Sanitaryware | 10+ years of experience

• 4 Product Specialists – Lighting, Electrical & Sanitaryware | 3+ years of experience

The team will be responsible for managing and developing product portfolios, monitoring market trends, identifying new product opportunities, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting pricing and margin decisions.

The roles will also involve analyzing product performance, maintaining accurate product specifications and information, supporting sales teams with product knowledge, and working closely with sales, procurement, and marketing teams to strengthen the company’s product portfolio and market position.

Qualifications

Product Manager

• 10+ years of relevant experience in

  Product Management, Category Management, or a similar role

  .

• Strong experience in

  Lighting, Electrical Products, Sanitaryware, Building Materials

  , or related sectors.

• Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, product profitability, and portfolio management.

• Experience managing suppliers and developing product portfolios.

• Strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Previous experience in the

  Saudi market

  is highly preferred.

Product Specialists

• 3+ years of relevant experience in

  Product Management, Product Specialization, Category Management, or a related role

  .

• Experience in

  Lighting, Electrical Products, Sanitaryware, Building Materials

  , or related sectors.

• Good understanding of product specifications, pricing, suppliers, and market trends.

• Ability to analyze product performance and support product portfolio development.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Previous experience in the

  Saudi market

  is preferred.
