Siyadah is seeking a Product Manager to turn customer insights into clear product priorities and measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with engineering and commercial teams to shape our B2B SaaS products, translating customer needs and sales requests into actionable requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery to understand business needs and validate product opportunities.

• Own and prioritise the product roadmap, balancing customer value, business impact and delivery effort.

• Translate opportunities into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Partner with engineering throughout development, release and evaluation.

• Assess sales requests against the broader product strategy.

• Measure adoption and customer outcomes to guide continuous improvement.

What you bring

• Demonstrated experience managing B2B SaaS products.

• Examples of taking a customer problem from discovery through delivery and measuring the outcome.

• Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to communicate trade-offs clearly.

• Effective collaboration with technical and commercial stakeholders.

• Experience with the Saudi market or AI-enabled products is an advantage.

Location

This role is based on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates applying from Jordan or elsewhere must be willing to work on-site in Riyadh.
