Product Manager – Cobrand Credit Cards

9-Month Contract | Wilmington, DE | Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite

Seeking an experienced

Product Manager

to support a

Cobrand Credit Card portfolio

within a large financial services environment. This role will own product roadmap activities, gather customer insights, prioritize features and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to move initiatives from ideation through discovery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and maintain the

Cobrand Credit Card product roadmap

.
Gather and analyze customer/user insights to identify product opportunities.
Define, prioritize and manage product features and backlog.
Drive initiatives through

ideation, discovery and planning

.
Partner with business, technology and other cross-functional teams.
Ensure product priorities align with broader business objectives.
Monitor product performance and communicate progress, risks and recommendations.
Present product strategy and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership.

Must Have

5–7 years of Product Management or relevant product experience within Banking/Financial Services

.
Strong experience defining

product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs

.
Hands-on experience working in

Agile environments

.
Experience with

JIRA and Confluence

.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly

Excel, Word and Outlook

.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management, decision-making and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

Credit card or Cobrand product experience.
Financial planning/modeling experience.
Experience conducting

cost-benefit analysis

to support product investment decisions.
