PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead banking product initiatives, with a strong focus on cards and payments. The role will manage product priorities from business case development through delivery and performance monitoring.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Manage product initiatives end-to-end, from assessment and planning through implementation and performance review.

  • Develop comprehensive business cases, including financial analysis and commercial assessment.

  • Prepare clear, professional, management-level presentations and recommendations.

  • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to support delivery.

  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.

  • Support product planning and decision-making through structured analysis and market insight.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 8+ years' experience in product management, preferably within banking or financial services.

  • Strong knowledge of banking products, particularly cards and payments.

  • Demonstrated ability to build financial and commercial business cases.

  • Strong presentation, analytical, communication, and project management skills.

  • Must meet applicable work authorization and client eligibility requirements in KSA.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry.

  • Regional experience, including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation); Arabic preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • The ability to analyse data, troubleshoot payment issues, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Good understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.

  • An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
