Guided by our core values—Caring, Inclusive, and Courageous—we foster a culture that inspires our people to achieve common goals. Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.

We are excited to invite applications to join the Professional Engagement group within our Global Information Technology LOrganization (GIT) as an IT Product Manager supporting our Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Education Applications. You will join an agile team dedicated to modernizing Colgate-Palmolive’s professional education and training operations by implementing a single, unified global learning ecosystem that delivers best-in-class educational experiences to our professionals, partners, and stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help realize our vision of a future-ready foundation for digital education and professional engagement. The successful candidate will leverage enterprise LMS platforms and educational technologies to mitigate technology risk, reduce operational complexity, and empower our global teams with modern tools to scale learning outcomes. This role involves close partnership with Global Professional Engagement, Commercial, and Product teams to deploy best-in-class technology, including interactive learning modules, GenAI-driven training assistants, and advanced educational analytics.

This position is based out of the Piscataway, NJ location. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What you'll do

  • Platform Implementation & Management: Function as the subject matter expert for the global LMS and Education Application ecosystem, ensuring the sound build, configuration, and continuous enhancement of our learning platforms across markets.

  • Technical Requirements Translation: Translate business and curriculum requirements for professional education into technical specifications for seamless configuration and deployment by GIT.

  • Global Ecosystem Integration: Partner with Professional Engagement and Brand Marketing teams to define use cases for educational content delivery and lead the integration of the LMS with existing enterprise systems (e.g., CRMs, CDPs, and Content Management Platforms).

  • AI & Innovation Leadership: Proactively suggest optimizations to improve learning engagement and automation adoption, specifically exploring the deployment of GenAI study assistants, personalized learning paths, and automated grading/certification tools.

  • Data Strategy & Analytics: Provide leadership on educational data quality, reporting, and requirements, ensuring sound tracking of professional certifications, course completions, and engagement metrics within global data repositories.

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Manage project timelines and critical path items for staggered regional rollouts and platform upgrades, ensuring all key milestones—from discovery and content scoping to UAT and global production push—are met.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with key stakeholders across regional professional teams to ensure clarity of scope, manage training content migration schedules, and align platform releases with commercial cycles.

  • Technical Guidance: Support the evolution of the education technology roadmap by providing input on third-party learning integrations, SCORM/xAPI compliance standards, and maintaining a holistic view of the professional learner data model.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, educational technology, engineering, analytics, or equivalent relevant field.

  • 5+ years professional experience working in Information Technology, Digital Product Management, or EdTech.

  • Experience leading large, full-lifecycle software implementations and/or deploying integrated, cloud-based enterprise platforms.

  • Strong understanding of data management technologies, including data compliance, learner data privacy, and enterprise cloud ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience implementing or managing enterprise-grade Learning Management Systems (e.g., Docebo, Cornerstone, SAP Litmos, or Canvas) and handling SCORM, AICC, or xAPI (Tin Can) content package standards.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous global assignments and cross-functional dependencies simultaneously.

  • Clear, concise, and business-friendly communication skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in curriculum/business requirements and technology options.

  • Experience integrating education applications with CRM tools (like Salesforce) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).

  • Familiarity with digital content delivery systems, asset management workflows (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), and API technical documentation.

  • Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment to provide input into estimating, sprint planning, and executing digital product features.

  • Strong understanding of global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their specific impacts on professional data management and user tracking.
