EduRankAI
Job description
Company Description
EduRankAI is building the future of educational intelligence through advanced AI, foundational learning systems, and emerging computational technologies. The organization’s mission is to create autonomous learning ecosystems, intelligent talent infrastructure, and research frameworks that redefine how education and innovation scale globally. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, working closely with engineering, design, and data science teams, and overseeing the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration. The role involves conducting user research, reviewing product performance metrics, coordinating releases, and ensuring alignment with EduRankAI’s mission to advance educational intelligence at scale.
Qualifications

-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Education Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
The person will be expected to think deeply about
how a large-scale learning product should work
, how students progress through it, how learning experiences should be structured, and how technology can make that experience substantially better.
You will work across
product strategy, learning architecture, UX, platform systems, AI-enabled experiences, analytics, curriculum technology, and execution
.
What You Will Own
-
Define and continuously refine the
product vision, roadmap, priorities, and product architecture
.
-
Design the complete learner journey from
discovery → exploration → assessment → course selection → learning → projects → assessment → progression
.
-
Build product systems that can support learners from foundational education through advanced and specialized programs.
-
Translate complex educational and technological requirements into clear product specifications.
-
Work closely with engineering, AI, design, academic, curriculum, and operations teams.
-
Own product requirements for the LMS and associated learning workflows.
-
Design systems for
course discovery, recommendations, assessments, personalized learning, progress tracking, projects, credentials, and learner progression
.
-
Use product analytics and learner behaviour to identify problems and improve the experience.
-
Establish meaningful product metrics and feedback loops.
-
Lead feature development from
problem definition → research → specification → development → testing → launch → measurement → iteration
.
-
Ensure that product decisions remain technically feasible, academically meaningful, and genuinely useful to learners.
-
Help establish the product standards, processes, and systems required to scale the platform.
The Product Challenge
The challenge is to build a system in which a learner can enter with limited knowledge, understand their current capabilities, explore possibilities, discover suitable learning paths, and progressively move toward increasingly sophisticated areas of study.
This requires strong thinking around:
Learning Experience Design
Recommendation Systems
Assessment & Diagnostics
Personalization
Product Analytics
Information Architecture
LMS Architecture
AI-enabled Learning
Student Progression
Project-based Learning
Scalable Product Systems
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone capable of operating at a
high product bar
across both strategy and execution.
You should be able to:
-
Think from first principles about difficult product problems.
-
Understand users deeply and translate their problems into product decisions.
-
Build coherent product systems rather than isolated features.
-
Work comfortably with engineers, designers, AI teams, academics, and business stakeholders.
-
Understand APIs, databases, analytics, AI/ML concepts, product architecture, and modern software products sufficiently to make informed decisions.
-
Write exceptionally clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and product documentation.
-
Challenge assumptions using evidence, experimentation, and data.
-
Prioritize ruthlessly when resources are limited.
-
Balance
learning outcomes, usability, technical feasibility, scalability, and business requirements
.
-
Take ownership in an early-stage environment where many systems are being built for the first time.
Preferred Background
Experience in one or more of the following is valuable:
-
Product Management
-
EdTech / Learning Platforms
-
AI Products
-
SaaS / Technology Platforms
-
Consumer Internet Products
-
Recommendation or personalization systems
-
Assessment platforms
-
LMS / education technology
-
Data-driven products
A strong technical foundation and demonstrated ability to
ship products
, however, matter more than a particular degree or company background.
What You Will Get
You will have the opportunity to work on a product where the challenge is not simply to improve an existing interface, but to
define and build the underlying product experience and systems themselves
.
The role requires substantial ownership, strong product judgment, and the ability to turn ambitious ideas into products that actually work.
If you are the kind of Product Manager who wants to build a serious learning platform from first principles and operate across product, technology, AI, and learning—not simply manage a feature backlog—we would like to hear from you.
