Job description

About The Role

The Product Manager will own strategy, roadmap, and execution for a technical product spanning cloud services, APIs, and data-intensive user workflows. The role translates customer and business needs into clear product requirements, prioritizes platform investments, and partners closely with engineering to deliver reliable, scalable capabilities.

This role matters because product decisions directly shape system adoption, developer experience, and operating efficiency. The Product Manager will work across engineering, design, data, sales, and customer teams to define measurable outcomes, manage tradeoffs, and move initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap across API capabilities, platform services, integrations, and core user experiences

  • Translate customer problems and business objectives into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans using tools such as Jira, Linear, and Confluence

  • Partner with engineering leads and architects to evaluate technical options, manage dependencies, and make informed tradeoffs across scalability, reliability, security, and delivery speed

  • Analyze product usage, funnel performance, support trends, and customer feedback using SQL, product analytics platforms, and dashboards to prioritize improvements

  • Lead discovery through customer interviews, workflow analysis, competitive research, and prototype validation before committing engineering resources

  • Coordinate cross-functional launches, including beta programs, documentation, enablement, release communications, and post-launch performance reviews

  • Establish success metrics and operating mechanisms for roadmap initiatives, tracking adoption, retention, revenue impact, reliability, and time-to-value

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–8 years of product management experience, including ownership of technical products, platform capabilities, APIs, SaaS workflows, or developer-facing tools

  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver complex initiatives in partnership with software engineering teams

  • Working knowledge of modern software systems, including REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, authentication, observability, and CI/CD concepts

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use SQL, spreadsheets, and product analytics tools to size opportunities and evaluate product performance

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing clear PRDs, technical requirements, executive updates, and launch plans

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, information systems, or a related field; equivalent technical or product experience will be considered

  • Bonus: Experience with developer tools, data platforms, AI/ML products, enterprise SaaS, experimentation frameworks, or Agile product delivery
