Our Games Studio is at the heart of this mission, building world class proprietary casino games for Hard Rock Bet Casino. Across Slots, Card & Table, and Arcade games , we are creating differentiated experiences that combine proven player appeal, outstanding creative execution, innovative mechanics, and the quality expected from the Hard Rock brand. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape these games from the ground up, working across our internal team and external development partners to create content that can become a meaningful part of our casino portfolio and player experience.

What’s the position?

We’re looking for a Product Manager / Game Producer, Casino Games to help build the next generation of proprietary games for Hard Rock Bet Casino. This is a high impact role combining Product Management, Game Production, Game Design, and commercial product thinking. Depending on Studio priorities and individual experience, you may lead games across Slots, Card & Table, Arcade, or multiple categories.

You will own games from the first concept through development, certification, launch, and performance review. Working closely with the Senior Director, Studio leadership, internal stakeholders, RGS and platform partners, and external game development studios, you will turn player and market insights into high-quality games that drive engagement, differentiation, and revenue. The role requires someone equally comfortable discussing game mechanics and player experience with creatives, math and requirements with development teams, delivery with external studios, product strategy and performance with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Full Game Lifecycle : Lead casino games from concept and business case through game design, development, QA, certification, launch, and post launch performance.

• Build and Drive the Roadmap : Develop and manage a strong game roadmap across Slots, Card & Table, and Arcade based on player needs, market opportunities, business priorities, and portfolio gaps.

• Act as Product Manager and Game Producer : Translate strategy into clear game concepts, GDDs, requirements, priorities, milestones, and actionable development plans.

• Champion Creative and Game Quality : Guide gameplay, mechanics, math, features, art, animation, audio, UI/UX, and overall player experience to deliver polished, compelling games.

• Drive Innovation with Purpose : Analyze successful games, suppliers, mechanics, player behavior, and adjacent gaming categories to identify opportunities worth adapting, improving, or reinventing.

• Lead Internal and External Development : Work closely with external studios, RGS and platform partners, Product, Engineering, Art, Math, QA, Compliance, Release, Analytics, Marketing, and Casino Operations to deliver games successfully.

• Manage Delivery and Risk : Own game priorities, development milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and stakeholder communication while maintaining quality and speed to market.

• Deliver for Regulated Markets : Ensure game design, math, functionality, documentation, testing, and implementation meet applicable regulatory and certification requirements.

• Optimize Game Performance : Use game data, player insights, portfolio performance, lobby placement, and promotional opportunities to improve games and inform future development decisions.

• Create Games Players Want to Play : Maintain a strong player first mindset and ensure every project has a clear reason to exist, a defined target audience, and a compelling proposition within the Hard Rock Bet Casino portfolio.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a results-driven leader who excels in transforming creative game concepts into market-leading game products.

You are passionate about gaming and possess deep industry knowledge, along with the strategic vision and operational acumen to guide a high-performing, global team in a fast-paced Studio games development in a regulated environment.

You will:

• 5+ years of experience in iCasino game product management, game production, game design, or closely related casino game development roles.

• Direct experience developing and launching real money casino games in at least one core category: Slots, Card & Table, or Arcade, with the ability and curiosity to work across additional categories.

• Strong understanding of the complete casino game development lifecycle, from concept and math through production, certification, integration, and launch.

• A proven track record of successfully delivering games with internal development teams, external studios, or both.

• Strong knowledge of game mechanics, math principles, feature development, player experience, UI/UX, and the requirements of regulated iCasino markets.

• Excellent product management and production skills, including prioritization, requirements, roadmaps, development planning, stakeholder management, and decision making.

• A strong creative and commercial mindset with the ability to turn market trends, competitive intelligence, and player data into compelling game concepts.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative, technical, mathematical, regulatory, commercial, and executive stakeholders.

• Experience managing multiple games and development partners simultaneously in a fast moving environment.

• A player first mindset, high standards for quality, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to challenge conventional thinking.

• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, analytics, game performance data, or game development tools is a plus.

• A sense of humor and genuine passion for building great games.
