** Your New Role **  

We are seeking a   Senior   Product Manager to lead the evolution of   ** Keystone ** ,   an   internal production technology platform that serves as the front door to the content supply chain. Keystone supports productions from   initial   intake   through final asset delivery, connecting production teams, vendors, QC, localization, and internal distribution systems.  

This role sits at the intersection of production, post-production, engineering, and operations. The   Senior   Product Manager will   be responsible for   defining product strategy, translating real production needs into scalable platform solutions, and ensuring Keystone continues to meet the demands of a rapidly growing portfolio of shows,   users , and workflows.  

This is  ** not **  a consumer application role. Keystone is a complex, business-critical platform used daily by   both internal and external   teams working under tight schedules and pressure.  

** Your Role Responsibilities: **  

** Product Strategy & Ownership **  

  • Work closely with the team lead to develop   the product vision and roadmap for Keystone in partnership with   Global Content Operations (GCO)   leadership  

  • Define and prioritize features that improve production onboarding, vendor collaboration,   operational   workflows,   and asset delivery   

  • Balance short-term production needs with long-term platform scalability and sustainability  

  • Design an operations-first user experience that seamlessly lifts terrestrial and manual workflows into cloud-enabled, highly automated solutions   

  • Partner with systems architects to build a future-state, hybrid supply chain that supports both high touch craftsmanship as well as streamlined, machine-driven workflows    

** Production Workflow Expertise **  

  • Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end productio n, post -production , finishing, and distribution   workflows  

  • Translate real-world production pain points into clear, actionable product requirements  

  • Ensure Keystone supports how   teams   actually operate —not just how systems are designed on paper  

  • Understand and evangelize the use of media supply products and orchestration backbones  

  • Educate key stakeholders   on the mechanics of Keystone, SDVI, and MAM architectures  

  • Conduct market analyses and competitive landscape exercises to stay abreast of industry solutions  

** Cross-Functional Leadership **  

  • Serve as the primary bridge between:  

  • Keystone Development team and GCO leadership  

  • Vendors and external partners  

  • Engineering and infrastructure teams  

  • Operations and support teams  

  • Lead stakeholder alignment across multiple brands and production types  

  • Design and b uild a product team of direct reports   including product and UX specialists  

  • Visit key WBD locations to capture and   comprehend   workflows from the ground up  

  • Attend industry conferences to   collect data on potential integration opportunities  

** Requirements & Delivery **  

  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and workflow documentation  

  • Decompose complex business needs into actionable instructions  

  • Partner closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver features  

  • Participate in   strategic roadmap planning , backlog   refinement , and   sprint   planning  

** User Experience & Adoption **  

  • Advocate for usability in a system used by production staff under constant deadline pressure  

  • Collect feedback from vendors and internal users  

  • Drive adoption by ensuring the platform is intuitive, reliable, and aligned with real production needs  

  • Optimize   the platform for E2E workflow observability and operational effectiveness  

** Operational Awareness **  

  • Understand how product decisions impact:  

  • Internal/external u ser   onboarding  

  • Asset movement and storage  

  • Transcode,   QC , and   localization pipelines  

  • Metadata, packaging, and delivery processes  

  • Security and content protection requirements  

** Qualifications **  

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience  

  • Experience in media   &   entertainment, production, post-production, or content supply chain workflows  

  • Proven ability to translate complex operational processes into clear product requirements  

  • Experience working with technical teams and understanding system integrations  

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical groups  

** Preferred Experience **  

  • Asset management, media pipelines, or workflow systems  

  • Vendor ecosystems and external partner integrations  

  • Internal enterprise platforms rather than consumer products  

  • Localization, QC, or content delivery workflows  

  • 10+ years of Product and/or Program Management experience   in the Media & Ent space  

  • Industry-recognized credentials such as MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSPO, CSM, AWS-CP , CPM

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $123,200.00 - $228,800.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
