Job description

Minimum qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
-
1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

1 year of experience as a Product Manager for Ads Measurement or Bidding.
Preferred qualifications:
-
Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
-
2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.

Experience working with privacy-preserving techniques and developing privacy-durable measurement solutions.
-
Experience applying advanced ML/modeling techniques in a data-constrained environment.
-
Experience integrating first-party data from disparate sources such as CDPs, CRMs, databases, and cloud stores.

This role involves close collaboration with a number of cross-product and Google Ads teams. Your mission is to build the next generation of Google’s ads conversion measurement, including developing high-quality and privacy-durable measurement solutions. You will enable customers to bring and make sense of first-party data from disparate sources and lead businesses to understand, trust, and adopt our measurement solutions.Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $138000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Own the goal, strategy, and execution for a key product area within Ads Data Management by understanding advertiser needs, the engaged landscape, and regulatory trends.

Define a compelling product roadmap, write clear product requirements, prioritize features, and make trade-offs to deliver maximum impact.

Lead a cross-functional team of engineering, UX, research, and Go-To-Market partners to bring products from concept to launch and landing.

Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and continuously iterate to ensure solutions empower advertisers to effectively and privately use their first-party data.

Drive innovation in how advertisers ingest, manage, and activate their first-party data across ad platforms by developing long-term product strategies.
