Product Manager – Ironclad CLM

This is a 6 months remote role, work to be done in EST

We are seeking an experienced Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and adoption of an enterprise Ironclad platform. This role combines product ownership with hands-on platform configuration and close collaboration across Legal, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Revenue Operations, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Ironclad product roadmap, enhancement backlog, prioritization, and release planning.

• Design and configure contract workflows, intake forms, templates, conditional logic, approval routing, permissions, and reporting.

• Improve the full contract lifecycle, including intake, authoring, negotiation, approvals, eSignature, amendments, renewals, and termination.

• Partner with business teams to standardize clause libraries, contract templates, approval policies, and self-service contracting.

• Lead integration requirements and delivery coordination across Salesforce, CPQ, eSignature, ERP, billing, and reporting systems.

• Facilitate requirements workshops, process mapping, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live readiness.

• Manage implementation partners and establish effective platform governance, documentation, release management, and support processes.

• Track and improve contracting cycle time, user adoption, approval turnaround, and contract-data quality.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in CLM, legal operations, business systems, enterprise applications, product management, or related technology roles.

• 3+ years of direct, hands-on Ironclad experience , including workflow configuration, templates, intake design, approvals, permissions, reporting, and production support.

• Demonstrated experience as a CLM Product Manager, Product Owner, Platform Owner, Solution Lead, or Functional Lead.

• Experience implementing or optimizing end-to-end contracting processes and integrating CLM with CRM, CPQ, eSignature, ERP, or finance systems.

• Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, testing, and change-management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to additional CLM platforms such as Conga/Apttus, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, or Agiloft; Salesforce and quote-to-cash processes; APIs and middleware; and global enterprise or SaaS contracting.
